Messaging data (TextBackAI): your TextBackAI number, your business phone number (used to tie your account to missed calls), message content you send, delivery status, and logs of inbound replies. We also store opt-out/opt-in events (e.g., STOP/HELP).

How TextBackAI messaging works:
When you miss a call on your business line, TextBackAI can automatically send a text to the caller from your TextBackAI business number. You view and reply to messages inside your TextBackAI dashboard (not your personal phone).

Consent:
You agree to only message people who have provided appropriate consent under applicable laws (e.g., TCPA in the U.S.). We help you honor opt-outs.

Opt-out / Help:
Every automated message should include: “Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Message & data rates:
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by user activity.

Content restrictions:
Prohibited content includes illegal, harmful, deceptive, or high-risk categories (SHAFT: sex, hate, alcohol (targeting minors), firearms, tobacco/vapes), phishing, and any content that violates carrier policies or law.

A2P 10DLC:
We register required Brand/Campaign details with carriers to support compliant delivery.
